Todd S. Schenk
Partner & Executive Committee Member

Todd is highly experienced in providing insurance coverage counseling and litigation representation to insurance companies. He is particularly skilled in handling third party claims involving advertising injury and product liability, and first party claims under residential and commercial property policies. Many of his cases require the defense of common law and statutory bad faith claims, which Todd litigates in venues around the country. He has also handled appeals in both state and federal courts around the country. Currently active in firm management, Todd serves on Tressler’s three-person Executive Committee, which is the governing body of the firm.

Anthony M. Tessitore
Partner & Co-Chair of Insurance PracticeAnthony is Co-Chair of Tressler’s Insurance Practice Group. His practice focuses on the handling of complex civil matters including a wide array of insurance defense and coverage disputes. Anthony has represented various domestic and foreign insurers in both litigated and non-litigated matters and has appeared in both State and Federal Courts on behalf of his clients. Anthony’s practice includes advising and representing clients across various business lines including with respect to: complex general liability matters, technology, cyber, media-related risks, environmental, toxic tort, health hazard claims, professional liability and malpractice matters, first party property losses, accident and health claims, aviation related disputes, employment practices liability and intellectual property/coverage B claims. He is regularly asked to advise insurers on questions regarding alternative risk transfer under comprehensive general liability and other policies.

Rosa M. Tumialán
PartnerRosa is a partner in Tressler’s Chicago office. Rosa is a member of the firm’s Insurance Practice Group and focuses her practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. She is an accomplished defense attorney with nearly twenty years of insurance coverage experience. Rosa’s insurer-related services include coverage opinion analysis and representing insurers in complex coverage disputes relating to personal and commercial lines, third party claims, surplus lines as well as claims handling practices and extracontractual liability. Rosa also assists with drafting coverage documents for insurance pools and counsels clients in the administration of same. Her practice also includes serving as national coordinating coverage counsel for insurance clients who rely on her to develop and implement strategies nationwide in response to pattern litigation. Rosa is an accomplished class action defense lawyer and appellate practitioner, having appeared and argued in both state and federal courts nationwide. 

Zachary Greening
AssociateZach is an associate in the Insurance and Litigation Practice Groups. Zach focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage analysis and litigation. He has drafted coverage opinions, position letters and other coverage-related documents for insurance carriers. He handles a variety of coverage issues and policies, including general liability, commercial auto, umbrella policies and business owners liability, among others. He also has vast experience handling coverage litigation matters independently, including declaratory suits. Zach handles a variety of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, various tort claims and medical malpractice and personal injury claims. He regularly drafts pleadings and dispositive motions in litigation and coverage matters and has first and second-chair trial experience.
